Alex Noren was born on the 12th of July 1982 in Stockholm, Sweden.
He started playig golf at the age of 4 at Haninge Golf Club.
He made first hole-in-one at age 12.
At the age of 14 he won the unofficial Swedish Youth Championship the Föreningsbanken Cup.
Alex turned pro in 2005 and joined the PGA tour in 2018.
He played collegiately at Oklahoma State, where he started as a freshman and was a two-time All-American selection.
In 2018 he made his Ryder Cup debut at Le Golf National.
He tied for 9th at the 2012 Open Championship and tied for 6th at the 2017 Open Championship.
